Jason, what about the ftp setup would prevent such a method from working? an
ls -lR should show the package date/time info for all the packages, and then
just ignore the ones that are newer than x number of days ago? Perhaps the
control file would also need to be updated to include the package inclusion
date (to resolve what to do with current ones, just give them today's date,
since none will be newer than that.. :) so that an ls -lR could be avoided..
