So the PAM configuration is no longer relevant?

Also, please list a real package first to ensure the same package gets
picked by default, i.e.

  libpam-systemd [linux-any] | logind [linux-any] | consolekit

or something like that.

See reverse depends of mail-transport-agent as a different example for
this.
