Bug#654630: mesa: [m68k] FTBFS due to lack of GCC atomic builtins

Hi,

I could try my hands at making a patch to let it use libatomic-ops-dev
on m68k, unless someone has got a better idea. No guarantees I could
succeed though (not a porter nor an X developer).
