Package: xorg
Version: 1:7.5+6
Severity: normal

After activating a screen the following symptoms happen (usually) less than 10 seconds:
-the cursor is jerky
-moving a window or clicking does not seems to happen immediately
-shortcuts (ex. Alt+Tab) do not work, and typing is lagging.

This is not caused by intense disk activity, which usually freezes Xorg. It happens even though
there's absolutely no disk activity.

Reproduce:
-login to desktop session
-Ctrl+Alt+F1 to change to a terminal (or suspend to RAM, swith to another X session etc.)
-go back to the desktop session (Ctrl+Alt+F7, resume from suspend, etc)
-notice the lag described.

This happened in Unstable for a long time, I believe regardless of driver version and other Xorg components.

Please ask for any other needed information.
