Ok, I think we are missing some debug information here, can you attach
the output of [1] to the report. (See [2] for details.)

The better is to run the command after a freeze, but you will be able to
do this only if you have access to another computer and use ssh to
connect to the frozen one. If you can't make sure at least to run it
when using the openchrome driver, not the vesa one ;)
