Package: xserver-xorg-video-intel Version: 2:2.6.1-1 Severity: important --- Please enter the report below this line. --- Hi, today I've upgraded xorg and with it -video-intel from 2:2.5.1-1 to 2:2.6.1-1. I've not changed my config in any way but the performance decreased massively. Glxgears shows something like 25fps and youtube is not watchable in fullscreen since the video hangs for several seconds. I have a quiet new Lenovo T500 with the current intel mobile chip. Before the update everything worked smoothly. Cheers, Bastian --- System information. --- Architecture: i386 Kernel: Linux 2.6.27-1-686 Debian Release: 5.0 500 unstable ftp.de.debian.org 500 unstable debian-multimedia.org 1 experimental ftp.de.debian.org --- Package information. --- Depends (Version) | Installed =====================================================-+-================================ libc6 (>= 2.7-1) | 2.7-18 libdrm-intel1 (>= 2.4.3+git+20090105+a8c5480) | 2.4.3+git+20090105+a8c5480-1 libdrm2 (>= 2.4.3+git+20090105+a8c5480) | 2.4.3+git+20090105+a8c5480-1 libpciaccess0 (>= 0.8.0+git20071002) | 0.10.5-1 libxext6 | 2:1.0.4-1 libxv1 | 2:1.0.4-1 libxvmc1 | 1:1.0.4-2 xserver-xorg-core (>= 2:1.5.99.901) | 2:1.5.99.901-2 -- Bastian Venthur http://venthur.de Debian Developer venthur at debian orgContents of /var/lib/x11/X.roster: xserver-xorg /var/lib/x11/X.md5sum does not exist.
