Bug#516028: xorg: keyboard layout is set to us

Package: xorg
Version: 1:7.4+1
Severity: normal

This may be related to #524076, but after a dist-upgrade the keyboard layout is set to us.
This can be a problem for people using non-us keyboard, and make it really difficult to login.
