Bug#483578: resolved by removing XkbVariant
I've resolved my problem by removing
Option "XkbVariant" ",winkeys"
from xorg.conf.
"winkeys" variant does not exist now for "ru" layout. However, system
behaviour is not valid:
1. "winkeys" was a de-facto standard variant for ru layout, and it was
broken without any notices. I.e. all Russian users have broken
xkbvariant as a result of etch->lenny upgrade.
2. Even when I load my own keymap ove broken xorg.conf, the problem
exists.
