When starting X, running xmodmap from e.g. ~/.xsession no longer
changes any mappings. Strange thing is, running xmodmap from a
terminal after X has started still works. This started happening

This patch allows the Screen section to not specify a device section. If
this happens, the server will automatically use the first device section
listed in the xorg.conf instead
