My message about the Option "SWCursor" "Yes" was false ! Sorry,
I 've put the option in the InputDevice Section instead of the Device Section !

My new device section is now
  Section "Device"
         Identifier      "nVidia Corporation C51 [GeForce 6150 LE]"
        Driver          "nv"
        BusID           "PCI:0:5:0"
          Option          "SWCursor"              "yes"
  EndSection

And my pointer work fine ;)
