Bug#373723: Adding menu entries back to xbase-clients

I can not run this tool on Etch, Lenny and Sid because it give me
"Couldn't open console", which mean, I have to set (as root) the
permission of /dec/console to be readable by any users which I do
not realy like.

Maybe we should leave this tool out.

With this I am not sure, since it is only usefull if you admin
the system, e.g. by adapting Multimedia-Keyboards and such...

The problem is, that this tool require a parameter which mean,
it is not usefull in any menu entries.  Since menu can not ask
for parameters, we should drop it from menu.
