With driver .193 and this in xorg.conf, I see "AIGLX disabled' in the
server log, but I still get the black screen.

With, in addition, the glx module disabled in the Modules section (but
the dri module still loaded) I do not get a black screen.  However,
the server log in that condition suggests that the driver doesn't do
the DRI/DRM thing then, so perhaps that isn't as interesting a data
point as I thought it might be.
