This is the number of bugs that we currently have against X packages in
Debian, some of them being up-to 10 years old. There are currently only
2 or 3 people looking at them regularly. In the past, it has even been a
single person for a long time. If you want to help us being more
responsive, feel free to join. But you'll have to open an account on
bugzilla.freedesktop.org to be able to forward bugs upstream :)

Note that it is not clear whether the nsc driver is actively maintained
upstream...
By the way, the output of
/usr/share/bug/xserver-xorg-core/script 3>&1
might be needed in the future. Posting it here (or on upstream bugzilla
:)) might be good.
