Bug#415627: xorg crash on backwards time adjustment

I've found that at least for me this time adjustment crash only occurs 
if "Option "DPMS"" is included in the Monitor section of xorg.conf.
That factor could possibly be used to distinguish this crash from other
reports, or to provide more support for merging them.

I plan to look through the dpms related code, especially that which
is particular to the mga driver, when I have some time.  Don't know when
exactly that'll be though.
