Bug#205255: marked as done (libx11-6: XcmsLRGB_RGBi_ParseString() uses sscanf() to parse floats but is not locale-aware)

xterm does not recognise intensity specifications like

	XTerm*VT100*color1:  rgbi:0.4/0.0/0.0

Error message:

	 xterm: Cannot allocate color rgbi:0.4/0.0/0.0

It did definitively work in earlier versions.
