Bug#370181: Monitor Display Size Incorrect

Hi Bruce,
 
 I'll attach the original XF86Config-4 file from the initial installation and the revised file I'm now using.   When I get some time ( probably later today ) I'll try reverting to the old , as you suggest, just to see if I get the small screen size.  
 
 Bruce - I feel like I'm operating in a vacuum, with little contact with others 
 running Sarge.  I have a little  Unix and C++  experience.  Do you know of a suitable source of information where I can find others  like myself?
