Bug#380171: xserver-xorg-video-ati: Mouse pointer messed up on second head

I use X in a dual-head configuration with a Radeon 9600.  Ever since bugs 332548 and 345509 were fixed, the mouse pointer on the second head is incorrect.  Normally when you mouse over a title bar, the 
pointer should be an arrow.  When you mouse over an xterm the mouse pointer liiks like an "I".  On the second head, the mouse pointer never changes.  If it was an arrow when I moused onto the second head, 
it stays an arrow until I mouse back to the first head.  If it was an xterm "I" when I mouse onto the second head, that's what it stays as.  This is not a bug with the applications.

This bug did not exist in xserver-xorg version 6.8.2.  I use amd64; don't know if that makes a difference.
