Yes, and I replied that this is probably due to the external display
still being connected digitally, confusing the driver. Please try
Option "MonitorLayout" "LVDS,CRT"
with an external display connected via an analogue connector, or none.
Even ignoring this, the fact remains that LVDS+TMDS is currently not
expected to work.
