Bug#363494: xvfb-run no longer exists

Justification: causes FTBFS in unrelated package

see Bug#363072, pyopengl depends on having an X server available to
build the Tk component.  The current version of xvfb in unstable
is blocking the fixing of RC bugs in pyopengl.
