The problem is solved. I only changed in xorg.conf
Option "XkbRules" "xfree86" to Option "XkbRules" "xorg"
restarted X and everything works like it should be.
I think it's strange that changing that option solved the problem.
In Xorg 6.8 & 6.9, i didn't had problems with that.
