x11proto-render-dev currently has
Replaces: render-dev (<< 1:0.9.0-1)
Conflicts: render-dev (<< 1:0.9.0-1)

but it at least shares the file ./usr/lib/pkgconfig/renderproto.pc
with the version of render-dev in testing/unstable which is 1:0.9.2-1.
