I've reimplemented what discover1 does in 100 lines of Python before
(even using the same data format), so I'm sure I can do it again.  Well,
it's PCI-only, but eh.

Before xserver-xorg gets configured, yeah.

My bad.  It came in with all the other stuff from Ubuntu, so got lost in
the noise.
