Package: xterm Version: 6.8.2.dfsg.1-1 A few months ago, I was using Debian's XFree86 packages and life was good. This morning, I was using a self-compiled snapshot of X.org and life was good. But now, I've upgraded to our new X.org packages and life is no longer good. My X terminals display normal text just fine, but bolded text is ugly and almost unreadable. Here's a sample: http://people.debian.org/~dburrows/ugly-bold.png (incidentally, this shot includes some stray white pixels that I suspect are a bug themselves) And here's what it ought to look like, more or less: http://people.debian.org/~dburrows/broken-snapshot.png Daniel -- /------------------- Daniel Burrows <dburrows@debian.org> ------------------\ | If you wish to live wisely, | | ignore sayings--including this one. | \---------------- The Turtle Moves! -- http://www.lspace.org ---------------/
