Commented out AGPMode and EnablePageFlip.  Same thing, still flickers.
I also tried" DisplayPriority" "BIOS" with no noticable difference.

3D speed did not change.  Quake3 has an occasional blank screen.  I'm glad
I'm not a Quake3 fan (It's just on here for the 3D stuff)
