Not exactly, it is just FTBFS because of a missing makedepend executable :

not only on powerpc, but on all arches, so i guess this is only a case of the
maintainer having some non-clean setup, and the build magically working for
him, and failing everywhere else. This is the case since the 2-3 last uploads
even, i wonder why nobody noticed yet.
I still think that the right thing to do is to do source-only uploads and have
the autobuilder build everything themselves.
