	Hello, David. You are running 4.3.0.dfsg.1-10, and not a supported version. 
You do not have either XFree86 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14 or X.Org 6.8.2.dfsg.1-4, the 
versions in stable and unstable, respectively.

	Additionally we have not got your XF86Config-4.

	There are several reports for people having your problem with weird boot 
Linux sequences, do you use lilo/grub, or maybe loadlin?

	Also please upgrade to the latest version in your Debian version (the best 
would be to upgrade to X.Org packages, but it is an important decision), and 
try to reproduce it again, and send us more information.
