Bug#234335: xserver-xfree86: Angle brackets (<, >) were droped on spanish keyboard layout

You are right, that was the problem. The keyboard model was pc104. How this 
configuration file worked for the 4.2 version is a mistery for me.

kxconfig is a useful tool for checking and solving on realtime this kind of 
errors but maybe some information should be droped for unexperienced users. 
Some other Spanish users at my workplace had the same problem when updating 
to 4.3. First with experimental packages and now in sid.
