Bug#279698: x-window-system: Confirmed on kernel-image-2.6.8-1-686
Package: x-window-system
Version: 4.3.0.dfsg.1-8
Followup-For: Bug #279698
A similar problem happened here on linux 2.6.8 and an AOpen board with
an intel 82865G. Only in my case, the machine didn't lock up. Instead,
both X and the VNC server session running on the same machine as X died.
I upgraded to 2.6.9 in case this is an AGP solved in a later release,
but haven't yet run it long enough to know if the problem still occurs.
You'll note below that X ran for several days before finally crashing.

Unfortunately, I didn't think to save the XFree86.0.log before filing
this report. If it happens again, I'll be sure to do that.
