Bug#265783: xserver-xfree86-dbg: don't leave us without X upon removal

Package: xserver-xfree86-dbg
Severity: minor

# apt-get remove --purge xserver-xfree86-dbg
xserver-xfree86-dbg prerm warning: X server provided by xserver-xfree86-dbg
package is being removed; setting /etc/X11/X to point to /bin/true

Well, why don't you tell us what to do about it!
If you don't then we will never be able to use X again.
You should say how to get back to the state before we took your
advice to try xserver-xfree86-dbg.

You don't tell users how to restore using xserver-xfree86.
update-alternatives isn't the answer.
dpkg-reconfigure isn't the answer.
Luckily on my disk I had an
so the best I could think of was to reinstall it even though it was
already installed. But not every user will think that up.

Anyway, removing one 'alternative' should not leave us in big trouble.
