I just noticed this browsing around with gucharmap.
The range U+FFE1 (£, fullwidth pound sign) through U+FFE6 (₩, fullwidth won
sign) is shifted by one position, pound being at position U+FFE0. I
haven't looked if other character ranges in this font or this range in other
fonts are affected.
