Bug#246869: xserver-xfree86: some keyboard buttons are not functioning properly after dist-upgrade

I am using the latest unstable .xserver-xfree86 version 4.3.0.dfsg.1-2.

My problem is that when Caps Lock is On.
T is treated as Y,Y as U.

Solution is change XkbRules to "xkb" instead of xfree86.
