It didn't help me.
Today I got a new xterm version, man-db: no changes:
xterm still prevents logging out as described earlier, 'man xterm' still
starts "man uxterm"
COLUMNS=152 dpkg -l | egrep "(xterm|man-db)"
ii man-db 2.4.2-12 The on-line manual pager
ii xterm 4.3.0-5 X terminal emulator
ls -lt -c /var/lib/dpkg/info/ | grep list | egrep "(xterm|man-db)"
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 846 Mar 7 14:17 xterm.list
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4155 Mar 7 14:14 man-db.list
Best Regards
Wolfgang
