The bug certainly isn't in the xlibmesa-dri package, as that's only
involved with OpenGL applications. Reassigning to xserver-xfree86,
please mail this bug the information described in the XF86Config(7)
manpage.
The problem might still be related to the DRI though; try not enabling
it to verify that.

FWIW, it no problem here with an M9 running xserver-xfree86-dri-trunk
described in http://www.freedesktop.org/~dri/snapshots/README.Debian .
