Bug#235049: xserver-xfree86: computer freezes with xfree 4.3.0

I notice you're using NVidia's proprietary driver.

Does the problem go away if you use the "nv" driver instead?

You can use "dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86" to change this.
