Hi Andriy! First off, get the XFree86 sources from experimental. Then, run debuild -us -uc -B, and see when/where it fails. You should put the full build log up somewhere and email the URL to debian-x@lists.debian.org - please also keep the build tree around, so a manifest can be generated if needed. Sorry I can't be of much more assistance, I'm no longer a part of the Debian X Strike Force, but good luck! It's always good to see more porters. Cheers! :) d ----- Forwarded message from Andriy Skulysh <idkfa@grafin.kiev.ua> ----- Date: Sat, 31 Jan 2004 14:46:54 +0200 From: Andriy Skulysh <idkfa@grafin.kiev.ua> Message-ID: <1245087675.20040131144654@grafin.kiev.ua> To: Daniel Stone <dstone@trinity.unimelb.edu.au> Subject: xfree86 4.3.0-0pre1v1 - request for porting help! I would like to port xfree86 to Sh3. I am using HP Jornada 680. What should I do ? -- Best regards, Andriy mailto:idkfa@grafin.kiev.ua ----- End forwarded message ----- -- Daniel Stone <dstone@trinity.unimelb.edu.au> Developer, Trinity College, University of Melbourne
