Already merged into the new
004_imake_manpage_handling_overhaul.diff, which includes similar changes,
plus more.
078_xterm_fix_resize_race

Irrelevant/upstream/merged (dunno which word to use).
After careful analysis, I concluded that the desired behavior is
present in 000_stolen_from_HEAD_xterm.diff.
(This was hard to track down, because
* USE_HANDSHAKE was renamed to OPT_PTY_HANDSHAKE, apparently without
an easy-to-find changelog entry
* The code inside had been completely changed in HEAD.)
085_bigass_Imake_manpage_handling_overhaul
------------------------------------------
Already merged into the new
004_imake_manpage_handling_overhaul.diff, which includes similar changes,
plus more.
