I'll probably leave it off in Debian as well, then.

Yeah, people yelled at me about that too, but I stood my ground.

It might be a good idea to get rid of that Xaw7 display list stuff,
though.  It was just an experiment on my part, and I haven't been happy
with it.  There's no way to have the gradient's size calculated at the
time the widget is realized, among other cosmetic problems.
