You're still using some unofficial packages, which provide Xcursor.h with x=
libs.
Resolve the conflict with:
dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/libxcursor-dev_1.0.2-2_i3=
86.deb

Then continue dist-upgrading. In the future, please use the reportbug(1) co=
mmand
to file bugs, as it gives us a lot more much-need info to help resolve your=
 bug
report.
