Severity: critical

Hello!

It is very important! Could you add empty Compose file to koi8-r locale?
Just:
touch /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/koi8-r/Compose
and add line 'koi8-r/Compose ru_RU.KOI8-R' to=20
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/compose.dir.
Without it Siag office segfaults and XEmacs gives so much warnings,
that it begins to be _very_slow. Ofcourse it is whan locale is koi8-r. ;-)=

Thanks,
Peter.

This problem has been resolved upstream for a while, and certainly in
XFree86 4.2.1.

% grep ru_RU /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/compose.dir
koi8-r/Compose ru_RU.KOI8-R
iso8859-5/Compose ru_RU.ISO8859-5
microsoft-cp1251/Compose ru_RU.CP1251
en_US.UTF-8/Compose ru_RU.UTF-8
koi8-r/Compose: ru_RU.KOI8-R
iso8859-5/Compose: ru_RU.ISO8859-5
microsoft-cp1251/Compose: ru_RU.CP1251
en_US.UTF-8/Compose: ru_RU.UTF-8

Closing this bug.
