Bug#128435: Processed: This is a clipboard bug only

Sorry, I wrote more to control@b.d.o, but BTS discards everything
after "thanks".

And I am pretty sure, it is reproducible.

1. Install ru_RU.KOI8-R locale
2. Run X so what all clients are run with ru_RU.KOI8-R locale
(I have
export LANG=ru_RU.KOI8-R
export LC_MESSAGES=C
export LC_TIME=C
...
xclipboard -w &
fvwm2
in my ~/.xsession, and I run xdm)
3. Start mozilla and go to, say, www.yandex.ru (russian search
engine).
4. Paste something cyrillic from mozilla to xclipboard
5. Paste it back from xclipboard to search entry, for instance.

You should have some cyrillic fonts on you system, certainly.
