I upgrated xserver-xfree86 to the latest unstable (4.2.1-5) and it mostly solved the problem at 1024x768. When I start using 800x600 or 640x480 for TV/out there is still a blue bar on the screen when using XVideo with Ogle or Mplayer. Let me know if you need any more info.
