Bug#176904: xbase-clients: /etc/X11 and files in it have mode o-rwx.

Hm.  I just saw it again tonight, on my home machine.  I don't
understand how it could have happened -- I don't think I've typed
anything that could resulted in this problem.

Well, now that I look at it, it seems to be okay.  The error was that
/etc/X11/X wasn't executable, so maybe the permissions on the
directory were bad.  I can't reproduce those anymore, though.  Argh.
