Bug#165899: xlibs-dbg: no unstripped libs for /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/common/*

Versions of the packages xlibs-dbg depends on:
hi  libfreetype6   2.1.2-5        FreeType 2 font engine, shared library files
ii  libc6          2.3.1-3        GNU C Library: Shared libraries and Timezone
ii  xlibs          4.2.1-3        X Window System client libraries

Some i18n related libraries included are located under /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/common/.
However, corresponding unstripped libraries do not present in the "xlibs-dbg" package.

I'm suspecting that there's some memory leaks in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/common/xomGeneric.so.2 
and need a debugging version of the library.

Would you include such a libraries in the -dbg package?
