Not quite, in particular hardware T&L isn't supported yet. But basically,
the driver is working well from what I gather.

That seems to be their intention. They provide docs to interested
developers and they even contribute code to XFree86 themselves.
And with http://tungstengraphics.com/, things are looking even better.
