Exaaaactly... the HOWTO explains exactly (and in small steps) how to build
the 4.0.2 packages on a _stock_ potato system.  For getting 4.0.2 or
"production" machines, this is sometimes useful.  The debs can also just be
had from people.debian.org/~cpbotha/
