UTAH and WOODY problem

How do I compile programs that use GL calls with texturing, such that
they will run using Utah-GLX ? I'm currently unable to run any program,
such as the "texcyl" demo, that uses texturing on a Woody-based machine.
It all worked fine under Potato, but there seems to be stuff missing
from the -dev packages for Testing/Unstable to permit a simple compile.

The Potato packaged headers don't work, nor do the ones from Utah's CVS.
Switching the video card is not an option for a Mach64-based notebook.
Giving up implies not having a working machine for an ALS demonstration.
