okay. i wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if this package isn't in
woody yet. basically, it was introduced to sid(unstable) less than a
week or so ago, and quite possibly hasn't been selected for insertion
into woody yet.
you may have to wait a week. that said, i can give you the list of
packages it depends on, which installs x.

lbxproxy, libdps1-dbg, libdps-dev, libxaw7-dbg, libxaw7-dev, proxymngr,
twm, xfs, xfwp, xlibmesa3-dbg, xlibmesa-dev, xlibosmesa3-dbg,
xlibosmesa-dev, xlibs-dbg, xlibs-dev, xnest, xprt, xspecs, xterm, xvfb

and there's also x-window-system-core which it depends on, which has

xserver-xfree86, xlibmesa3, xfonts-base, xfonts-100dpi, xfonts-75dpi,
xfonts-scalable, xbase-clients, xutils

get all these packages in one hit, and you'll be set

tasksel is kinda in pieces atm.

and the task-xyz packages are being phased out (not sure why. i'm not a
debian maintainer, and i'm not on debian-devel or debian-user)

well. since woody is generally put together by an automated set of
scripts and selection algorithms, i'd say "don't use woody. it's not
complete"
anyway. in the meantime, since woody isn't really a usable system (use
sid if you want to be closer to development, honestly. until it freezes,
woody will be odd)
