libXft.so.1.0 shared library is missing

This report is for the xlibs for 4.1.0 preview 2.
The actual shared library for libXft.so is missing.
There are two dangling symlinks: libXft.so and libXft.so.1.
libXft.so points to libXft.so.1 and libXft.so.1 points to libXft.so.1.0.
libXft.so.1.0 is missing and no x prog will start that requires that shared lib.
