xhost wierdness

using woody 4.0.1-0phase2v13.
I haven't put these access rules (it showed up when I upgraded to XFree 4.0).
Is this hardcoded or am I missing something ?

access control enabled, only authorized clients can connect

LOCAL:

my.host.com being removed from access control list
