I just did that, updated content is in
https://salsa.debian.org/publicity-team/debian-history/ .  I am not 100% happy
with the result, but i feel it's good enough to get shipped with trixie.  Lets
discuss ideas on how to improve this after the release (I have some ideas, see
also the TODO file).

Helge: do you have time to work on updating the translations?  (I believe we
still have a problem with the ca.po file line endings...)
